How to make payment for WinTrader?

We are providing different payment mode for client's from India. You can make the payment through our Payment Gateway via your Credit/Debit Card/Internet bank or you can directly transfer to our company's current account. For International clients, they can use our International Payment Gateway in USD.

How the software will install in my system?

Once the payment confirmed by our accounts department, the installation instruction will pass to tech team. Once the file configured, our representative will contact you and will connect you with our tech person for the online installation in your system, it will take 15 to 30 minutes in normal time once the payment confirmed.

Is there any recurring charge?

The software cost is one time payment with life time validity, and for Indian Markets like MCX, NSE, NCDEX, MCX SX we need real time data for working the software, so customer need to pay the data charge monthly, we are not data providers, we are hiring data from other vendors, for FOREX market there is no data charge.

To whom I have to contact after payment?

Can I change the system once installed?

Off course, you can change to new system, for that you need to contact us and our tech person first will uninstall the software license from current system and install to your new system. This facility is free of cost to maximum twice in an year with 6 month span.
